What data we collect

We use this information to respond to demo and sales inquiries, communicate about Termon products and services, and improve our website security. Legal bases may include your consent (where you tick the privacy checkbox), performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure B2B website.
Sharing, retention and your rights
Form submissions are delivered by email via FormSubmit (a third-party form delivery service) acting as a processor on our behalf, primarily to mustafa@kutar.com.tr. We do not sell your personal data. We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Depending on applicable law (including KVKK and, where relevant, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by emailing info@kutar.com.tr. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland / Google LLC) to measure page views, language, and key actions such as demo requests and PDF downloads.
